Gavin’s Guilt-Free Paleo Banana Bread

Ingredients 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond butter
2 eggs
2/3 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cup of flax seed meal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup of walnut pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line bread pan with coconut oil. Mix bananas, vanilla and almond butter; mix until smooth. Add in eggs and mix until well combined. Then, add in coconut flour, flax seed meal, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Gently fold in dark chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour batter into bread pan. Bake for 33 minutes and/or until tester knife comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool down for 20 minutes. Cut into 10 slices. Serves 10.
